Laura is a Senior Project Manager at Hagstrom Engineering and has over 17 years of experience in Land Development with an emphasis on Water Resources.  Her work has included design for municipal, residential, environmental, and commercial development, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) assembly, bridge hydraulic analysis, and management of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4).  Laura enjoys the challenge of meeting clients’ needs while also working within the requirements of the associated jurisdiction to produce a positive project design.  

Education: University of North Dakota, BS in Civil Engineering
