Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Civil Engineering services to construct a 5,050+/- sq. ft. Zips Car Wash (formerly Four Seasons) located in Alexandria, MN.  The adjacent lot on the east was included in the construction documents as being pad graded with future impervious values added for pond design.

The project included parking lot, sidewalk, utility, grading, erosion control/SWPPP, and a detention and water quality pond designed for the combined 1.76-acre parcels.

Zips opened for business in 2021.
