Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Land Consulting and Civil Engineering services for the construction of Wind Jammer HOA, a resort converted to a residential development located on Lake Carlos in Alexandria, MN.  Existing structures located on the site were removed and the site was redesigned to construct 11 cabins, 5 of which being walkouts.

The project included parking lot design, installation of new private water and sanitary sewer utilities, cabin placement, grading, erosion control, and drainage design on the 1.62 acre parcel.  Drainage design and access to the site was coordinated with Douglas County.
