Civil Engineering

Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Civil Engineering for a 2,400+/- sq. ft. standalone Starbucks coffee shop in Alexandria, MN.

This project included parking lot, utility, grading, drainage, and SWPPP design for the 0.74-acre parcel.  This project also included pad grading the adjacent 0.48-acre parcel for future development on the adjacent parcel owned by the developer. The water quality and detention pond was designed for both lots for the ease of future development. This project also included public improvements to 44th Avenue.

Starbucks opened for business in December 2018.
