Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Civil Engineering services for the construction of affordable townhomes in Stapleton, CO. Hagstrom Engineering has been fortunate enough to work on 9 phases in Stapleton, all of which were affordable housing. Over this time period, we have been involved with the construction of 51 separate buildings containing 245 separate units.
These projects were all constructed in areas where we were connecting to existing infrastructure. These projects required site layout, private alley, walk, water manifold services, separate and manifold sanitary service connections, and detailed grading design. Due to these projects being in the City and County of Denver, we were required to make separate submittals for the Sewer Use and Drainage Permit (SUDP), Construction Activities Stormwater Discharge Permit (CASWDP) and Denver Water Service Line Plan (SLP).
