Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Land Consulting and Development Services for a Small Area Corridor Plan in Alexandria, MN.

The project included studying and providing streetscape design solutions for 2 minor arterial corridors and 3 intersections in the heart of the city. The plan addressed vehicular and pedestrian movements, driveway crossings, and identified appropriate intersection treatments that aligned with the City’s current comprehensive plan. The deliverables included leading the public engagement effort and providing a final plan that examined existing conditions, identifies issues and opportunities and made recommendations for future land use, character, design, and public improvements.
