Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to process the Green Pastures multi-phased mixed use Planned Unit Development (PUD) and final construction documents. This development consisted of 27 residential lots, a 56-unit apartment building with a coffee shop, right of way for public streets and utilities, public parks, open space, and regional stormwater facilities. HE facilitated the public process by presenting the PUD and Construction Documents to the City of Alexandria Planning Commission and City Council for approval. The final construction documents were prepared in conformance to the City of Alexandria standards for all the public and private improvements. The street right of ways were dedicated to the City through the platting process.

The first phase of this development is complete and homes have been constructed.
