Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Civil Engineering services for a 3 story 88-unit senior living facility and memory care unit in Park Rapids, MN.
This project is located on a 15.9 acre parcel and included site and parking lot layout, private roadway, water and sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer and drainage, walks and emergency fire access design. Included in this design was a lift station for the sanitary sewer, under ground parking, underground stormwater detention, above ground stormwater detention and a water feature/detention pond.
Crystal Brook opened in 2018.
