Hagstrom Engineering was contracted to provide Civil Engineering services for multiple additions to the existing Alexandria Industries facility in Alexandria, MN. Phase 1 included the manufacturing and loading dock expansion and Phase 2 included the office expansion.
Both phases of the project required site and parking layout, utility, truck route, walks, erosion control, detailed grading, parking striping, drainage and detention design. HE also prepared a parking remediation plan for orderly maintenance and repair for the over 5.8 acres of existing parking and drive isles.
