Civil Draftsmen/Designer
Hagstrom Engineering is a vibrant and growing Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Land Consulting firm located in beautiful and centrally located Alexandria, MN. Our work atmosphere is exciting, positive and a creative environment that fosters growth. When you walk through our doors there is always a warm welcome, music playing, and the foosball table up front is always at the ready. We have been making strides in the Alexandria community for 8 years and we need your help to continue to grow.
We are currently seeking to fill the role of a civil engineer and/or civil designer. Our next team member will get to work in our fun and fast paced work environment alongside professionals on projects throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Colorado.
Qualifications preferred but not required:
- Experience in Civil Engineering and Land Development
- AutoCAD Civil3D experience
- Understanding of drainage and erosion control design
- Working knowledge of Construction Documents
- Strong communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working towards an EIT Certification
- Willing to work hard with a positive attitude! (this is required)
Salary will be based upon experience and qualifications with opportunity for bonuses. A benefit package including health and life insurance, vacation, paid time off (sick time), and paid holidays will also be provided.
